Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Customer Servise Executive in UAE.
Receives, posts, pays out funds, balances and proofs customer accounts.
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments and invoicing.
Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
Supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Make appropriate corrections of denied, process-in-error or re-classified claims.
High School Diploma.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Two years experience in same field.
