Role: Customer Service Officer    - For UAE National Only                        
Location: Home finance - Dubai

Role Purpose: Deliver Excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standards

Reports direct to: customer service manager

Key Accountabilities of the role 
o    Responsible to close customer complaints and ensure that customer is satisfied with the service provided
o    Ensure TAT is adhered to and where possible exceed customer expectations
o    Ensure customer is constantly informed on status of his/her query.
o    Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments in a professional manner
o    Deliver right levels of service skills support & coach other colleagues
o    Participate in regular review and development meeting with key stakeholders
o    Ensure compliance with bank policies

Results Required
o    Positive customer feedback
o    Ensure customer queries are resolved with agreed TAT
o    Deliver professionalism when dealing with customers and other departments 

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
o    Customer service skills in order to resolve customer complaints
o    Display flexibility in dealing with clients and other team members
o    Good problem solving skills
o    Excellent communication skills
o    Excellent Decision making skills

Previous experience required (if any)   
o    Previous banking experience in similar role
o    Knowledge of regulated financial services and banking industries
o    Detailed understanding of asset product
o    In depth understanding of the internal process, procedures and internal systems
