Customer Service Officer
Job Location : UAE
Job Details :
Promote the organizational goal of Customer Focused
To Greet Customer with smile
Inquire customer of their want / need
Understand the customer requirement
Advise the available options for the customer requirement
Agree with customer of the Exchange values
Agree with customer of the charges / fees
Execute the transaction
Get consent from customer of the Currency Exchange Rate , amount of local currency to be transferred and its value in the Currency of Exchange
Update currency exchange rates with BM/ABM for any eventual fluctuations
Update the transactions meticulously
Obtain the customer signature in the transaction record
Handover transaction receipt to customer duly signed / stamped
Collect cash, check manually and using the currency counting machine
Secure cash in the cash box
Record transaction notes if required
Issues and problems faced during the customer service to be handled tactfully
Any issues which are unsolvable, escalate to the Branch Manager / Assigned officer
Collect KYC records from customers
Follow the policies and procedures of the company meticulously
Read and sign AML/CFT Manual and Operations Manual
Handling corporate customers
Approval of high value transactions.
Verification and Balancing of cash from JCSO/Tellers on daily basis
Update currency rate board displayed on branch premises from time to time
Coordinate with AML Department for any transaction query related to AML
