We are an e-commerce company focusing on computer products and gaming devices.
Currently, We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints and help customers choose the right products. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and, you should have experience working with computers.
It's necessary for the applicants to have good knowledge of computer products and brands and also be familiar with computer games and latest gaming devices.

Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Preferably two years of Customer service experience or an equivalent experience.
