The ideal candidate will be western educated with English as a first language.
The main function of the role, is to be the first point of contact for all incoming communications relating to after sales, dealing first hand with complaints, maintenance issues and inspections, conducting post installation phone calls to gain valuable customer feedback and ensure satisfaction with all of our products and services.
This can be a very fast paced and demanding role that requires both patients and empathy towards our clients.
You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with both B2B and B2C clients and stakeholders at all levels, a confident and organized approach towards your daily workload is a must.
On occasions you may need to provide support and cover to other positions within our busy Operations department, full product and industry training will be provided, someone from a construction, service or customer service orientated background would be preferred.

Proven experience working in Customer Services or related industry
Fluent in English both written and oral
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft office
First class telephone manner with the ability to empathize with clients and defuse situations
Willingness to learn and be part of a winning team
Degree educated preferred but not essential
Salary Range: 5 - 6 days per week, Salary 7,000 AED 10,000 AED (depending on experience and if 5, 5.5 or 6 days working), Medical Insurance, Company Visa, Yearly flight to home country, Annual leave as per UAE labour law
