We are seeking CS Agents to join our team to take care of our VIP customers. Our VIP clients are a key part of the success of our business and we therefore want to hire individuals who can properly address the needs of these people. The successful applicants will have impeccable communication skills as well as great attention to detail. We are seeking self-motivated candidates with a real desire to please the customer and ensure our brand name and products are well received by these particular customers.

Key responsibilities for this role are:

Contacting VIP customers directly to ensure they are happy with the quality of the product and the service they are receiving.

Reaching out to VIP’s in order to optimize their levels of satisfaction with our products.

Using data analysis to search for customer activity that may alert us to problems and then be capable of dealing with issues immediately.

Seeking out prospective new VIP players and converting them to our site.

Communicating our brand message to customers and being skilled at taking in feedback and acting upon the messages we receive from our VIP customers.

Answering live chat questions and ensuring the customer is content with the information we have supplied.

Responding to emails in a satisfactory manner to help ensure we retain the customer’s loyalty.

Being available at all times to reply in a swift manner to the needs of the VIP customers.

Key Qualifications the successful candidate will have:

Previous experience within a CS role
Preferable to have experience working in CS roles where dealing with VIP’s was part of the workload.
A proven track record of successfully communicating with customers directly
A self-motivated attitude
Happy to work shifts and weekends based upon our business schedule that is 24/7
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal English skills
Preferably a strong interest in sports
