Drive the diagnosis and resolution of customer reported issues by applying technical expertise, product knowledge, and problem solving skills
Walk customers through troubleshooting, platform upgrades and ticket resolution
Thoroughly document and escalate technical issues with recommendations
Test new software features and functionality
Present SwanPro functionalities to customers through webinars
Independently manage fast-paced work as part of a Customer Success team
Deliver excellent customer service, driving high levels of customer satisfaction
Remain flexible and positive in the face of challenges
May perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Work to be performed onsite at 6100 Center Drive, Suite 1150, Los Angeles, CA
Open to applicant who can work for any US employer
IT help-desk experience
Experience with SaaS either as an end user or in a supporting role
Experience with IIS
Experience with web servers and SQL Server Management Studio
Effective listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must have:
BA or BS degree (or Associates degree and at least one year of experience)
Demonstrated customer-facing experience
Coursework in information systems, relational databases or equivalent
Must be IT Savvy
