1. maintaining the Master item in Focus 9 ( Making sure every items are properly encoded, no duplicates and missing details)
2. Creating items codes in the Focus 9 for the sales team.
3. Taking action or sometimes, communicating to head office's IT regarding queries in Focus 9
4. Doing Data Entry request from production Manager & Accounts Team mostly, but also from other teams/ Person.
5. Filling documents ( Soft & Hard copies)
6. any request from every team/person that includes data entry, filing, anything that requires using Microsoft office tools, and sometimes small works like changing the Ink from the printer, printing, scanning, copying documents ready to support.
Education : High school/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree can apply.
Language : English ( Mandatory)
Gender : Open to both.
soft Ware : Microsoft ( word, Excel, Power point, Outlook), ERP Experience Mandatory ( ERP - Focus software knowledge Preferred) , Very good in typing skill ( 40wpm)
