• Should have supervisory experience in leading and directing skilled manpower.
• Provide technical direction to the technical staff, assumes overall supervision of the work.
• Must be conversant with preventive maintenance practices and computerized maintenance management system.
• Hands-on experience in supervising large maintenance contracts, Inventory Control Systems & Cost Optimization practices.
• Troubleshoot, Diagnose and repair process plant instruments and control systems, which include Distributed Control Systems (DCS)/PLC, and other microprocessor-based instrumentation's.
• Knowledgeable on ladder Logic Diagrams is a must.
• Capable to diagnose the DCSIPLC hardware and software systems and the trouble shooting, analyze equipment performance to determine proper calibration and/or effective operation. •
• Should have sufficient experience in instrument system design, detailed engineering works and instrumentation/equipment specifications and selection.
• Experience in units, instruments and DCSIPLC is essential.
• Perform Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance of DCSIPLC and process control instruments as per company procedure.
• Should have experience in DCS PLC point definition and configuration, J/O channel assignment, interconnect wiring design, graphic display configuration, programming, factory acceptance test, commissioning and system verification and site acceptance test.
• Troubleshoot, Diagnose and repair process plant instruments and control systems, which includes DCS!Programrnable Logic Controllers (PLC) and other microprocessor-based instrumentation's. Hands on experience with ladder Logic Diagrams are a must.
• Experience in planning, coordination, reporting and interaction with contractors & other divisions. He should have multi-disciplinary approach in solving problems, attending to emergency and working as an effective team member. Identify and reports possible sources of instruments failure or breakdown in plant equipment.
• Should have experience in PLC ladder logic definition and configuration, J/O channel assignment; interconnect wiring design, graphic display configuration, programming, factory acceptance test, commissioning and system verification and site acceptance test
