Your day to day
You will be responsible to assist the Chef De Partie / Jr. Sous Chef to prepare and make the required food as per the recipe standards, To demonstrate and help to maintain the high level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests. You will ensure that all operational requirements are identified and will be working along with commis chefs. In addition, you will communicate to your Chef De Partie / Jr. Sous Chef any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information. Participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled. Avoid or minimize food wastage. Ensure that all equipment in area of responsibility is in working order and report all faults to supervisor or management.
What we need from you
Hands on experience in Pastry section kitchen is a must from a luxury property. Should be able to work in a team. Ability to handle work pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities. Diploma/ Degree from a hospitality school in culinary.
