Deputy Marketing Manager

• Direct analysis of competitors, products and the market
• Design systems and processes for market and product analysis
• Identify existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities based on analysis, defining strategy/business plans for each, and coordinating the Sales teams
• Responsible for all product, industry, segment marketing initiatives and strategic and tactical marketing plans to support revenue growth
• Define annual marketing and advertising budgets and monitor usage of same
• Define metrics for marketing effectiveness and implement in consultation with Department Head
• Plan and executive marketing events as a part of brand building
• Publicize events and works in coordination with Sales Department to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by targeted audience
• Assist Department Head in filing trademarks, brands, logos and other Company sales and marketing intellectual property
• Maintain accurate information on company website
• Track and report campaign ROI and KPIs, and identify ways to optimize
• Assign targets to marketing team and monitor progress thereof
• Coordinate marketing activities with different agencies and bring the best talent to promote Country in UAE and internationally
• Train, manage and motivate subordinates to ensure synchronization of efforts for achievement of overall objectives
• Ensure all ad hoc requests by Country Management are executed in a timely manner
Deputy Sales Manager Responsibility
• Determine market trends and competitive analysis to formulate effective way forward
• Directly manage sales consultants to ensure all the team's sales targets are constantly met
• Monitor conversion of leads into prospects/buyers in an effective manner.
• Actively supervise in sales closures with the team members.
• Coach, guide and manage the sales team to achieve desired sales results and team's motivation.
• Analyse the return on sales and marketing investments and recommend to the Management.
• Work closely with Customer service department and Accounts departments
• Ensure Brokers relation and active involvement.
• Analyse and ensure that all sales leads are followed up & closed.
• Ensure CRM is up to date with all meticulous information of each lead/ client
• Assist and support all functional requirements to the reporting Manager.
• Must submit a monthly report to Management about the activity and achievements.
• Must know related law and regulation and fees of Land department, Dubai Municipality and RERA.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as required for the smooth functioning of your role.
