Cloudstream is currently working with a Tech Giant based in the Middle East, focused on AI and cloud computing that builds and manages cloud computing infrastructure, performs fundamental and applied AI research, and deploy AI-centric industry solutions across different industries.
Their mission to build the largest cloud in the UAE and to offer Artificial Intelligence capabilities in Oil & Gas.
About the Role:
What you would be doing:
Given the sensitivity of our customers data we will run many services in our OpenStack based private cloud and this will be your main responsibility, incl:
• Plan, implement and support CICD pipelines with self-managed open source tools
• Deploy and operate solutions at prototype and beta stage
• Match and communicate requirements and capabilities between development team and infrastructure partner
What we need to see:
Experience (min 5 years):
• Linux/unix, docker
• One of kubernetes, swarm
• Networking on all layers
• Jenkins
• AWS, Azure or similar tool stack/public cloud
• Experience with live production systems
• Experience from product-based companies
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Sciences or neighboring field
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with one or more of the following:
• OpenStack
• Terraform
• Gitlab
• Big Data/ Data Engineering
• Operation of collaboration tools like mattermost, jira, etherpad, etc
• Python
