Digital Account Director - MENA

The Role
Thanks to a growing customer base across the MENA region, we are looking for a Digital Account Director with an exceptional track record in managing enterprise level clients to join our expanding Dubai-based team. You will lead the day-to-day management of all aspects of important relationships to ensure that we exceed the high expectations set out by our client. You will be working with all areas of their business such as IT, Sales, Aftersales, Marketing and Finance across multiple Gulf markets, to ensure that our solution is delivering maximum value at all points.
Key Responsibilities
Grow revenue and product adoption by ensuring that our solutions and services are presented in alignment with the client s strategic and operational objectives.
Manage and successfully close complex SaaS sales cycles across all stakeholder teams including Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, as well as operational teams.
Be the voice of the customer when working closely with our Product and Support Teams
Manage day to day communications from multiple stakeholders various Gulf markets
Analyse data to make informed and insightful recommendations to your customer
Understand customer strategic objectives and tailor packages and services to support them, be that at a regional or market level
Host monthly and quarterly client performance reviews
Accurate management of CRM records, including detailed notes on the customer relationship, contact points, products and monthly opportunity and invoicing
Develop excellent customer relationships both internally and externally that galvanise ongoing business opportunities
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reporting and insight
Essential Skills
Excellent communication skills
A deep understanding of how to manage and sell the values of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
Automotive background and experience with managing enterprise level automotive clients is essential
A hardworking and determined work ethic
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data constructively to improve the performance of client s digital platform.
Ability to successfully and productively resolve problems in order to meet targets and expectations
Ability to drive the conception and development of innovative, engaging, on-brief digital ideas for clients
Middle East experience would be a distinct advantage
Willingness to travel internationally
