• Conceptualizing and creating images/ designs based on requirements of the department requesting artworks.
• Create fliers /posters for printed media and Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and according to brand guidelines
• Creation and development of content for all print and digital communication including text-posts and images for use on social media for advertising and websites.
• Create and manage YouTube account.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars for social Media posting.
• Updating Social media postings and website content regularly on Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Twitter)
• Constantly, looking out for platforms to target the local community and residents for weekly promotions for brand awareness and impression.
• Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire guests.
• Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
• Complete understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics on weekly/monthly basis.
• Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.
• Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.
• Preparation and submission of monthly collated Marketing / Revenue Report both for Golf & F&B activations.
• Collating and updating Conflict-Resolution report from comments and messages on different social media platforms and Troon Survey.
• Prepares documents, departmental requisitions, quotations and invoices for approvals and sign-offs.
