Digital Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
● Work with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, & other internal tracking tools to create & manage business accounts
● Analyze traffic for account & generate report on a weekly and monthly basis for all major metrics including but not limited to online traffic, leads, goals, conversions, revenue and other paid search initiatives.
● Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and point out key areas of importance in accordance with goals.
● Analyze and translate large amounts of online data into actionable insights
● Work with team members to optimize campaigns, setting up dashboards, generate reports etc
● Assist in planning effective PPC and Display campaigns.
● Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
● Keep pace with search engines and PPC industry trends and developments.
● Be the platform owner for the global social and web monitoring tool – i.e. setting up alerts, creating new users, training, sharing insights, bug fixing etc
● Help content team to create, optimize and run social organic campaigns in social channels
● Developing effective paid social media campaigns based on research and insight into the company’s audiences and objectives.
● Monitor social pages/groups are being maintained as per company policies & expectations
● Create & maintain digital marketing documentation (policies, guidelines, check lists etc)
● Communicate best practices and strategies with internal team.
● Establish, build, and maintain relationships with affiliates. This will include deal negotiations, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance, forming creative strategies and objectives, conflict resolution, managing budgets, etc.
● Identify media partnership opportunities
