We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy for Arabits. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Managing Paid Media (SEM, Facebook, YouTube)
Experience in running B2B and B2C campaigns.
Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM,
marketing database, email, and advertising campaigns
Support in designing, building and maintaining the company social media presence
Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
Planning, executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests
Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimizing user experience
Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Responsible for instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluating emerging technologies. Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Education, Experience and Required Skills
Bachelor degree in a related field
Minimum 5 years Digital Marketing experience preferably in the EdTech industry
Experience working with marketing projects and promoting business initiatives
Background in design and copywriting is a plus Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
Working knowledge of marketing tools (Google Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Socialbakers.. etc).
Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process Experience in planning and participating in the launch of new features and products.
Experience in Briefing the press and PR teams about new products and conducting demonstrations
Technical Skills Required
Proven track record at running successful marketing campaigns using digital channels (SEM, YouTube, etc) and social media accounts (Facebook, etc)
Proven track record in running B2B and B2C campaigns Proven track record in the planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and advertising campaigns
Proven track record producing/editing and/or directing the production/editing of marketing promotional content (brochures, videos, etc) using dedicated tools (Moviemaker, Adobe suite InDesign CC, Illustrator CC, Premiere Elements/Pro)
Leadership and Operational Skills Required
The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently have to present the products and write engaging copy, telling the story of products, for various marketing channels.
Gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.
Problem-solving; ability to drive toward results, overcoming obstacles, bottlenecks and other risks as required
Relationship-builder; ability to quickly establish credibility, influence and trust with other team members in order to better drive results
