Manages company’s online sales and generating sales through the internet by overseeing a team of web and software developers who contribute to the look and systems of the website and focuses on the trading and selling of products and services to the customers .

Performance Indicators Duties and Responsibilities
• % of the sales plan & budget completed and approved. Develops the Sales Plan & Budget by revising the previous sales figures, forecasting for next year forecast and preparing department budget 1
• Average monthly targets achievement Monitors the achievement of Sales Targets by reviewing sales target figures comparing with actual results and ensure implementation of corrective action when required 2
• No. of completed Third Party Agreement as per approved specification Ensures implementation of Third Party Agreement by selecting third party companies for EC requirements & activities , coordinating with the suppliers and confirming for the service level agreement 3
• No. of improvement initiatives for EC Products Display Design
• No. of digital catalogues designed and developed Ensures maintaining and updating EC Products Display Design by reviewing customer feedback from the EC system and taking the right corrective and improvement actions aligned with EC strategy. 4
• No. of website templates and features developed
• Website success rate Ensures EC Features Update by analyzing customer’s feedback and recommending improvement areas to the suppliers. 5
• No. of online sales requests completed and processed
• Average Revenue per Visit Ensures processing Online Sales Requests by tracking in progress orders in the system and identifying areas of concerns if occurred and directing for proper action if required. 6
• % of customer fraud cases Ensures the implementation of Customer Fraud Control Policy by reviewing EC system for fraud control cases and making sure of action taken and directing for proper action if needed. 7
• % of products delivered on time Ensures the Submission of Products for Delivery by ensuring implementation of the process, checking payment status and directing for appropriate actions if required. 8
• Periodic cash settlement report Ensures receiving Cash Payment by following up to ensure that pack slip are received from the courier company for cash on delivery payments and processed with finance department. 9
• On-time delivery – % of deliveries that are on time Ensures Shipment Confirmation is implemented through the system by reviewing after sales report and following up for taking action all orders were shipped to customers. 10
• % monthly sales growth Reviews EC Sales Activities Report by analyzing sales figures from the system and taking the corrective action as per required. 11
• % of customer satisfaction of e-commerce services Ensures Customer Satisfaction Survey by reviewing customer satisfaction survey results and recommendations and complaints raised in the survey and directing for implementing appropriate actions accordingly. 12
• % of e-commerce efficiency Ensures improving E-Commerce Team Performance by reviewing the department indicators report and taking proper action to update / develop internal processes according to top management direction. 13
• No. of developed PDP
• % of PDP accomplishment Ensures the implementation of Personal Development Plan (PDP) by reviewing performance evaluation results, confirming development needs, development objectives and the action plan and monitoring implementation and taking corrective action if needed. 14




Education Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Education:Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Digital Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum Experience:7 years of experience in e-commerce,and digital management.
• Training &Certifications:Training certificates in SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, , Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office, and Content Management Systems
• Languages : English, Arabic

• Develop an ecommerce strategy
• Develop a digital marketing plan
• Plan e-marketing communications
• Design an ecommerce site
• Develop and manage quality customer service practices
• Manage sales teams
• Manage supplier agreements and contracts
• Drive sales results
