Our client is now recruiting for a Digital Product Manager
You will be responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle for the digital sourcing platform, the first of its kind in the soft commodity trading industry. You will develop the product strategy and go-to-market plans based on an iterative implementation strategy influenced by user experience testing, platform performance metrics, business goals, and customer enablement. Then initiate projects and prioritize requirements by creating the design concepts, prototyping, testing, and partnering with engineering to release.

Drive our next generation digital capabilities by bridging the business objectives, technical advancements, and customer preferences through the use of data-driven analysis.
Work with marketing, sales, trading, logistics, and finance to ensure client-facing requirements are tightly integrated and enabled in new product/feature delivery.
Develop a process for the user experience (UX) work: capture and document market needs and product requirements necessary to succeed in the markets we serve through mind maps, use cases, personas, customer input, UI flows, and UX testing, to meet the evolving user demands.
Lead the development team to manage the release process, balance functionality and feasibility, and manage the implementation timeline with a keen understanding of the underlying architecture.
Overall responsible for product roadmap, prioritization, market and competitive intelligence, and requirements (business vs. technical).
Supporting responsibility for onboarding, adoption, presales and marketing (lead generation and conversion).
Engage customers, prospects, partners and industry resources to define evolving strategic objectives.
Create an annual product roadmap, to make recommendations for optimizations versus enhancements; manage and maintain product roadmap materials and presentations.
Drive product development with engineers and designers; we are open to having you bring in new UX/UI consultant driven by human-centered design.
Use behavior analytics and competitive assessment to create tests, assess results, modify, and test again to increase user adoption.
Identify trends in the commodity trading industry and integrate into digital platform roadmap.
Travel and participate in industry exhibitions, to garner live user demand and experience feedback.
Develop written materials for documentation, such as requirements, data sheets, and product releases.
Minimum three years of experience managing the development, implementation, and performance of Mobile/Digital products required.
At least one year of experience applying Agile development methodologies like Scrum and planning tools.
Experience in Trading and/or Commodities platforms highly preferred; understanding of eCommerce and payments platforms, including money movement, can complement.
Multi-tool experience in web analytics, not just exposure you must be able to interpret not only how the site is performing, but how to increase conversion based on customer behavior.
Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practice empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to deliver digital experiences.
Demonstrated experience in gathering product requirements and transforming into an actionable product roadmap; which must be based on a strong understanding of web technology fundamentals, UI, and UX.
Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering and operational teams and making technology related product decisions.
Ability to link product developments to business results.
Proficient project management skills to manage and execute to roadmap.
Ability to lead product vision, strategy and feature decisions across geographically dispersed teams is essential.

Education : Graduate or Masters; technical field preferred
Experience: Software product management, ideally with web or mobile development platforms and APIs
Working with web developers, application developers and infrastructure engineers
Working within or a part of close cooperation with marketing and sales
Ability to generate, analyze and interpret data to make strategic decisions, particularly through the use of A/B testing design and execution
Expertise with site analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Google Content Experiments, Hotjar, Crazy Egg
Umbraco content management system experience preferred
ASP.NET application experience and MS SQL database experience preferred
