Director – Agency

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in reputation management and global media relations.
They will be able to consult at the highest level of business, with a proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
The right candidate will have 10 years experience (minimum), ideally within a leading PR agency. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and there will be an expectation to mentor and teach more junior team members
Key requirements :
• Strong client advisory skills, with a proven track record of developing and implementing global communications strategies for multinational companies and / or government clients.
• A keen interest in geopolitics, international current affairs, skilled in media relations
• A crisis communications expert, capable of leading live issues handling and mitigation strategy development, including simulations.
• An independent thinker, with team management capabilities, committed to supporting career development of junior colleagues.
• An excellent writer, strong presenter and able to deliver quality work at speed under pressure.
