The director of Finance and Human Resources plans, organizes, oversees, and directs human resources, financial planning, and procurement. The Director organizes and directs budget preparation, ensures that assigned functions fulfill Arrowad goals, supervises assigned staff, and to provides staff assistance. The Director is also responsible for recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor degree in relevant fields is required. Past experience is a must.
