About you

As part of the School Leadership Team, you will play a key role in leading and developing Teaching and Learning and Continuous, Personal and Professional Development across the school towards achieving its vision of excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing key areas of school improvement, and contributing to the its continued positive school culture. The role also includes supporting the leadership of staff, student welfare, and liaising with parents and the wider community.

To be considered for a vacancy, you should:

Hold a good bachelor s degree and PGCE qualification from a reputable UK university.

Have experience of teaching English National Curriculum, as well as experience in a leadership role.

Have strong leadership and management skills.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Have experience in leading school improvement initiatives.

To plan and deliver the best quality lessons to engage and challenge your students.

To lead and manage teaching and learning across the school, and to ensure agreed policies and practices are delivered consistently.

To plan and facilitate key training programmes, for example, ECT network, both for QIS ECTs and other ECTs at other schools in Qatar

To lead on whole school Quality Assurance.

To lead the planning, communication, and delivery of our OLEVI programmes.
