Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the NRI private banking client base in the UAE and internationally
- Manage and expand relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs, delivering bespoke wealth management solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers to achieve business targets and enhance client satisfaction
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the group and promote collaboration with global offices
- Analyze market trends and client requirements to design innovative financial products for the NRI segment
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international regulations governing NRI banking
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and recommend investment strategies
- Participate in high-level client meetings, events, and networking activities to support business growth
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and elevate the client experience
- Stay updated on geopolitical and economic developments impacting NRI clients and adjust strategies accordingly
- Support development of long-term business initiatives aligned with the bank s private banking strategy

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of private banking experience, including at least 5 years in NRI banking
- Proven ability to manage and grow portfolios of HNWIs and UHNWIs
- Strong understanding of NRI regulations, wealth management, and global financial products
- Deep knowledge of UAE financial markets and international banking laws
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to make sound financial decisions
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing relationship teams
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements and business development
