Create a system to circulate and maintain documents of the company projects to facilitate returning to any document of the project documents, and set security classifications policy for each document according to line manager s directions.
Make a special file for every project, which includes documents that are defined, approved and categorized by codes and update it continuously.

Submit reports about claims, which the line manager is notified, relating to deviation cost, quality examination, and implementation works Etc, then observe any updates with the line manager in these cases and terminate them.
-Observe the required processes of revision, approval and issuance documents whether by the customers, الشركة, and the abroad contracting parties according to the project plan, and periodically submit reports about updates to his line manager.
-Prepare a historical register for files and documents relating to processes of planning, following up and observing previous projects to build a strong data base for using in estimating the upcoming project costs.
-Coordinate with Information Systems Manager a way to save and update important documents on the applicable data bases systems by the company.
-Reply on the routine correspondence that relating to his responsibility and notify important cases immediately.
