Your day to day
Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and deliver a smooth check in or check out process Engage with guests and respond appropriately to guest comments, complaints, gain feedback and build relationships to improve guest satisfaction Ensure all cash and credit transactions are handled in a secure manner Manage day-to-day staffing needs, plan and assign work and establish performance goals Ensure your team are properly trained on systems, security, service and quality standards Serve as a central communications point during emergency/crisis situations; develop and maintain relationships with local fire, police, and emergency personnel
What we need from you
Qualification in Hotel Management/Business Administration is preferred 2-3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including management experience. Communication skills - guest will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to Your problem solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guests leaves with great memories Drive and enthusiasm - a proven ability to motivate and lead teams Flexibility- night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
