Ecommerce product Manager
Responsibilities:
· Own eCommerce Product Roadmap end-to-end; Creating the vision, setting the strategic direction, and successfully delivering key product outcomes
· Define the requirements for eCommerce products beyond the website, including mobile application, loyalty/rewards, and acquisition.
· Deeply understand customer pain points (including spending time to research and validate), develop creative solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch frequently
· Develop and execute the product roadmap for a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, and growth marketers
· Build Vital Proteins Growth experimentation framework; Ruthlessly test and iterate to develop a hyper-optimized, seamless shopping experience on vitalproteins.com and on the application
· Define and own key success metrics for conversion; Create dashboards, analyze data and share learnings
· Act as the Digital Commerce expert for the region. Lead, plan and execute the short and long term strategic plan and help build broad organizational Digital Commerce expertise through coaching and training
