Job Description & Role:
Maintain control of schedule, cost, safety and customer expectations/satisfaction at all times.
Conduct inspections of worksite, ensuring work meets with quality standards.
Provide responsive professional support to customers and other personnel.
Ensures timely follow up on all customer raised concerns.
Coordinate project meetings & present to management and/or customers project updates.
Participate in system design and pricing, review & amend CAD drawings.
Conduct field inspection of ongoing supervision of installations.
Manage completion and delivery of project documentation.
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with implementation plan.
Work with a team of 4-5 engineers to install and configure cameras, fire sensors, intercom, access control & other ELV systems.
Manage budgets, material procurement, labor scheduling, and coordination with customer.
Manage Scope of Work delivery and change orders.
Prepare Order for equipment and manage inventory.
Supervise contractors / subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for timely delivery of equipment.
Involve in testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover.
Provide Presales Support:
o Develop job estimates for CCTV, Access Control, FAS, Intercom, Structured cabling & other ELV systems.
o Complete site surveys with Sales Team for service projects.
o Review estimates and quotes with Team prior to submittal.
o Identify new potential opportunities while working with customers.

6+ years minimum of experience in electronic security integration industry.
3+ years of proven project management of Access Control, CCTV, FAS, structured cabling systems.
Experience in cabling and communications infrastructure work.
Experience in managing potential risks, resource allocation, and facilitation.
Experience in operational execution of contract projects and work orders.
Strong working knowledge of various security systems design and installation, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intercom & other ELV systems.
Strong leader, motivator & communicator, with the ability to prioritize, solve problems & make decisions.
PMP certification is a plus.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, MS Project is required.
UAE Driving License.
