Job Details :
Bachelors in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
10 - 12 years of experience in Fit-out Industry in Site Supervising & Project Management
Solid knowledge of Civil Works, MEP, HVAC & Project Coordination.
Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in using computers, the internet, and search engines like Google.
Good understanding of the Business Activities
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent time management & communication skills.
Service-minded, pro-active & positive attitude.
Self-driven, Logical Thinking.
Works well with all personality types (A good team player).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and a Confident speaker.
Must have knowledge & understanding of estimations, BOQ preparations, and pricing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
