Our Enterprise team is responsible for helping companies and their employees realize the power of Udacity s training at scale. You will help leading companies empower their teams with training in the latest technologies so that they can develop powerful new technological products and services on a global scale. We're looking for a colleague who has a proven track record of providing highly-professional customer service to executives and managers at Fortune 1,000 شركة, state owned organizations, and can excel in a fast-paced startup environment, with exposure to the changing technological and digital landscape, and an ability to manage a team. This is a new role requires building a process from scratch, including defining success criteria, guidelines and procedures covering the end to end client management process.
• Ensure customer success for a growing set of enterprise clients in the GCC, demonstrating strong client management skills and high empathy
• Act as a senior primary point of contact for all enterprises

• Grow existing customer accounts through identifying client needs and understanding trends in the space/sector in which they operate
• Establish Udacity as a well-renowned partner in serving enterprises on tech capability building, while raising the bar on quality of delivery
• Create a world class customer success plan that becomes the standard within the enterprise business, leveraging knowledge from global teams as required
• Define and constantly optimize the customer journey throughout the whole customer lifecycle
• Guide and coach customer executives, managers and employees with a dedicated customer success process
• Ensure the smooth running of all enterprise programs with bilaterally agreed upon success criteria while able to creatively solve challenges as they arise
• Instill a healthy NPS target to continually drive strong renewal and upsell rates
• Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on Udacity methodologies so they become increasingly self-sufficient
• Work seamlessly across various functions from Sales, Learner Support, Product and Engineering - in MENA and globally - to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
• Craft customer on-boarding assets, adapt existing customer on-boarding assets and work with product marketing to refine existing and create new on-boarding assets that are sector specific
• Recruit and mentor candidates to become high achievers while adhering to the company culture
• Drive customer references and case studies in the region
• 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role in, account management or strategic/التكنولوجيا/استشارات ادارية
• Understanding of digital transformation of organizations in the MENA region; software or education experience a plus
• Entrepreneurial and excited about building a delivery model and client relationships from scratch
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption

• A strong desire to define an emerging and strategic function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building internal and external relationships
• Consistent track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
• English and Arabic language skills (speaking, reading and writing) required
• Based in Riyadh, with willingness to travel
