We have a brand new opportunity for 2021, only came in on the 4th January 2021. We are seeking an estate manager with the following criteria:
Manage up to 3 luxury properties,
Supervise staff of 130+ although through their department heads not directly
Maintain the highest standards (7*)
5 star hotel background or similar. Four seasons hotel experience would be a major benefit
Leadership qualities
Flexible and straight forward
For security purposes, candidates with any experience in the the following countries, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates & Bahrain. Cannot be considered.
Candidates with no experience in the Middle East will be considered. As long as you have experience managing large estates, supervising employees and different divisions, coordinate, train and step in when needed.
Salary range: 80,000 EURO per annum. Benefits include fully expensed accommodation one return flight back home and health insurance are included.
