Our Epic Adventure
IMG Worlds of Adventure will be the largest
temperature controlled indoor themed entertainment destination in the world,
covering an area in excess of 1.5 million square feet. With the capacity to
welcome more than 20,000 guests a day, the destination will feature a unique
array of adrenaline-pumping roller coasters, thrill rides, and spine-tingling
attractions based on popular Cartoon Network characters, iconic MARVEL Super
Heroes and hair-raising dinosaurs. Additionally, the destination will be home
to a number of world-firsts, a variety of themed retail stores, exclusive
dining venues, and a 12-screen state-of-the-art cinema.
Your Epic Opportunity
IMG Worlds are
looking for a dynamic and focused Assistant Promotions & Marketing Activations
Manager to provide support to the Director of Strategic alliances to ensure a
comprehensive service is delivered to the business and key deliverables are
achieved by creating effective marketing promotions in the UAE market through
to worldwide alliances.
The Highlights
Diary
management & travel arrangements:
Ensure effective planning and managing of the CEO s
diary based on priorities and changing needs.
Schedule appointments, bookings and events timeously
and with relevant parties.
Follow up with schedules parties on attendance.
Ensure the calendar is kept up to date and future
priorities are reflected in advance.
Coordinate all travel arrangements, whilst taking
into consideration the CEO s travel preferences, times and costing.
Office Administration:
Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Assist with the
preparation of presentations, invitations and other documents.
Provide general administrative support (e.g. preparing documents/filing/
scanning/photocopy.
Handle petty
cash
Keep
information up to date (telephone numbers & other relevant information)
Book meeting
and conference rooms as requested.
Organise catering, as and when required.
Customer service:
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Stay calm, patient and polite when engaging with
visitors and staff.
Use clear and professional language and appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
