To execute the Customer care activities and ensure careful handling of all the customers
Key Responsibility Areas:
Ensures that all customer complaints and service inquiries are handled in a professional, accurate, efficient and friendly manner
Assists in providing a positive organizational image to the customer
Implement the customer satisfaction / feedback activity at all touch points to gather the voice of customers so as to correct the short falls.
Responsible for customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the customers.
Follow up IDF's / PIPs and arranging pre- inspection papers to inspection agencies upon cargo readiness (wherever applicable)
Prepare sales order and track shipment as per the set standard operating procedures and update customer with the shipment tracking details
Liaise with the customers & sales team for order processing & ensure delivery without delay
Prepare Invoice & forward the final documents to the customers as per the agreed terms & conditions
Ensure payment receipt before releasing the documents (as per the payment terms)
Avoid fines & demurrage charges
Work with Imports to identify new and key data sources, integrate these to the existing data sources and use them to create insights.
