Gatekeeper to office of the Marketing Director. Act as a filter for the office of the Marketing Director for incoming visits and information.
Manage the administrative and business needs of the Marketing Department, ensuring proactive and timely
operations of the office, incoming and outgoing deliverables, and follow up.
Receiving, assessing and trafficking marketing briefing forms, materials, deliverables and collaterals.
Support the Marketing Director with the effective operations of the Marketing Department.
Establish, implement and coordinate key policies and processes.
Organise internal workshops and meetings. Facilitate documentation for meetings, taking, filling and tracking minutes of meeting.
Generating reports, grouping filing and tracking incoming reports
Managing the day to day communication, building and maintaining strong professional relations with all
Executive offices in the Organisation.
Assist with project trafficking with internal stakeholders
Work closely and in an integrated way with the other functions of the Marketing Director office; including planning, project management, budgeting, contracts, reporting.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, writing MEMOs and letters, ability to develop presentations.
Managing scheduling, calendars.
Setting and managing a professionalised and systemised archive system and respective processes.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job.
