Job description
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate with all levels of the organization on behalf of the executive office as necessary, maintaining professional discretion and confidentiality
• Screen access requests, complaints, and other communication to the CEO
• Provide strategic administrative and project management support, calendar management, travel planning and be the right hand of the CEO
• Organize the CEO s personal commitments and oversee meeting management, reminding him of important tasks and deadlines
• Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and accompany the CEO to meetings, if required
• Liaise with clients and business guests
• Take minutes and structure meeting outcome, send protocols
• Prepare important corporate documents related to the business operations and build strategic presentations
• Follow-up on performance and internal and external projects
• Preparing spreadsheets and reports
• Reporting directly to the CEO
Candidate profile
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
• University degree in Business Administration or similar
• At least eight years of working experience in supporting Senior Executives and building relationships
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), English native speaker preferred
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines under pressure
• Excellent phone and time management skills and discretion are a must
• A self-motivated and reliable person with accuracy and attention to detail
• A calm and professional person with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Demonstrated experience identifying problems and creating solutions
• Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel, when required
