We are looking to hire Sales & Marketing professionals to join our teams in our Group of Companies, who should have 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing field with required skills and knowledge
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Must have extensive experience within the local and international market
Devising of annual sales results against annual budget and reporting for sales results against annual budget/
Monitoring & report back competitors’ activities, prices, market shares on a weekly basis.
To identify new customers for existing/ new products and develop plans to support the growth of existing customers and generate new enquiries, work out solution, prepare commercial pricing offer, finalize & execute orders for all the queries.
Performs detailed analysis of trends and progress of brand shares, category sales, promotion evaluation and volume performance per outlet and customers assigned.
Should contribute information, ideas, and research to help and develop sales and marketing strategies and to provide detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
Accountable for setting and achieving the marketing, sales plan & budget.
To follow up with the client for execution of the order till the payment is collected.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Skills / Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree or similar education level (Preference to Master degree holders)
Proven experience in Sales & Marketing field
Proficiency in English and Arabic will be a plus
Familiarity with ERP - SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service and presentation skills.
Meeting Sales Goals, KPIs, Sales Planning, Negotiation and motivation for Sales
Ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
Valid Saudi driving license
PACKAGE: Basic salary, Housing allowance, Transportation allowance / provided, Medical insurance, 30 calendar days annual paid vacation and one return air ticket annually
