Urgently looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Follows administrative, confidential, and sensitive data guidelines in maintaining company proprietary information.
Reconcile expense reports and purchase requisitions submissions.
High School Diploma.
Two years experience in same field.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
