Looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Coordinating with other Dept Heads and prioritizing workloads.
Revises, edit, organize, company policies and procedures.
Prepares and files company licensing and state business filing as needed.
Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
High School Diploma.
Seven years experience in same field.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
