مسؤول تنفيذي - Sustainability (UAE National)

The Executive - Sustainability will be responsible to develop methods to encourage sustainability at all levels of the organisation. The role includes collaboration with internal stakeholders to facilitate sustainability thinking, in order to enhance the efficiency of the company's operations, as well as external stakeholders to foster a positive image of the business.
The Executive - Sustainability will be tasked with collecting sustainability data across the organisation, supporting with analysis and reporting, and carrying out projects focused on implementation of the company's sustainability strategy.

The Executive - Sustainability will be responsible to:
Implement projects focused on public and community outreach, business ethics and policy development
Collect sustainability data from internal stakeholders
Help analyse sustainability data, identify key trends and benchmark against external stakeholders
Help monitor performance of internal stakeholders against sustainability KPIs
Contribute to development of stakeholder engagement campaigns on sustainability, volunteering and corporate social responsibility with an objective to create an ecosystem of sustainable best practices across Master Community
Monitor competitor activity and compile quarterly benchmark reports
Provide operational support in implementation of departmental sustainability objectives
Maintain departmental data
Engage with key external stakeholders and draft engagement strategy plans
Work closely with local and international sustainability organisations in line with departmental objectives and strategy
Manage relationships with third-party agencies
Educate external stakeholders on DMCC corporate and sustainability strategy
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in sustainability studies or international relations. Master's Degree is an advantage
Excellent communication skills, data analysis experience, relationship management and Digital competence
