General Requirements
Bachelor s degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline (mandatory)
PMC and Offshore experience are required
Experience working in Saudi Arabia and/or Kuwait is highly preferred
Strong background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery projects

Minimum: 20 years total experience, including 15 years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Refinery and 5 years in the related specialty/designation.
