Requirement :
Male, Arab, preferably with Architectural or Civil Engineering Degree, 5 years of local experience.
To manage the facilities department including Housekeeping, Maintenance and Security teams while adhering to stellar standards.
Responsibilities include small staffing, budgeting, preventative & corrective maintenance, special projects, facility capital planning, & facility operations.
