• Assures compliance and reliability of maintenance program by monitoring performance data over time and maintaining key performance indicators to provide a basis for monthly reporting of metrics and process improvement.
• Participates in the daily activities of the engineering and maintenance staff for implementation of new (start-up) or modification of existing equipment, نظم, المرافق والمرافق.
• Authors RFPs (together with an engineering firm where appropriate).
• Solicits bids for engineering projects, prepares cost estimates, ensures that permits are obtained where necessary, and supports operations and project needs. Perform facilities operating expense tracking and project accounting, tracking of invoices, report writing and work order record closeout in a timely fashion.
• Monitors project spending against budgets.
• Collects and maintains organized files of project documentation for future reference.
