شارك الوظيفة B: ROLE PURPOSE:• Manages and overseas the maintenance of the Terminal and Ancillary Building s MEP systems.• Manages the contractors of the outsourced systems and monitor their performance in the above areas of the airport.• Manages Facility Management (FM) Engineers by providing quality leadership and guidance to achieve maximum airport user customer service at minimal cost.• The Role Holder is required to develop and constantly improve the strategic approach of the Department and the systems of work within the Facilities Management Department at ADAC Airports so that assets are effectively managed to ensure ongoing airport operations are safe and experience minimal interruption.C: ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIESD: KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS• Develop 5 year maintenance strategy for buildings and terminal assets.• Ensure OPEX and COPEX expenditure are in accordance with department budget.• Provide reports to management on the activities of the department including monthly reports.• Implement ADAC safety policy within the department including the preparation of Risk Registers, Safe Work Method Statements, incident reporting and investigation.• Involve in testing and commissioning of new installations, modification and rectification of MEP systems• Oversee and manage the interaction of the activities of the department so that the department is operating at optimum efficiency to ensure that the most effective support is provided to ADAC users.• Oversee the optimization of resource utilization department in order to maximize departmental efficiency .• Examine department wide work methods and systems in order to maximize efficiency and bring ADAC facility management in line with best practice in order to meet ADAC core business objectives.• Assist the Facilities Management in setting and meeting departmental goals so that services to facility users are efficient and operational capacity is maximized within budgetary constraints .• Oversee resource planning involving scheduling staff, equipment and tools to create routine maintenance schedules and systems in order to maintain ADAC assets so that they perform to user requirements throughout a maximized lifespan.• Oversee risk analysis of asset utilization and maintenance in order to balance departmental cost, meet operational requirements and maximize asset lifespan.• Recommend systems for new facilities projects prior to construction and oversee the testing of new facilities prior to handover from contractors to ADAC to ensure that the facilities efficiently meet the contracted requirements and overall ADAC requirements.• To comply at all times with all company issued management system, policies , Standard Operating Procedures and processes including those addressing the requirements of regulators, certification bodies including and the Abu Dhabi Environment Health and Safety Management System.System effectivenessOperational capacity improvementE: SCOPE OF ROLEDecision Making• Some decisions are guided by international and national aviation regulations set out by the General Civil Aviation Authority and International Civil Aviation Organization.• Significant impact can result from mistakes made in decisions pertaining to the safety and security of ADAC users and employees, and the loss of ADAC assets resulting in reduced operational capacity and lost revenue.• Many decisions are not routine and many situations have multiple solutions requiring a strategic view and specialised knowledge to create the best solution for ADAC s facilities requirements.Communication• Regular liaison with VPs and Heads of the Departments to establish and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure that Departmental requirements are efficiently met.• Interaction with external stakeholders using any of the ADAC facilities is required to establish and coordinate the delivery of services to ensure operational requirements are met.Planning• Typical year on year pertaining to planning resources around maintenance and non capital improvements, and longer term asset management planning looking forward 5 to 10 years.F: ROLE FACTS AND FIGURES• Role holder is responsible to manage the Facilities Management Department s budget• Authorization of budget and expenditures is referred to the VP of Facilities Management and Engineering.• There are currently 3 direct reports for this role, and approximately 167 indirect reports.G: CHALLENGES OF THE ROLE• Planning workflow to achieve the Facilities Management Departmental goals as well as aligning them with the attainment of ADAC corporate goals and managing stakeholder requirements.• Reacting to the speed of change ADAC is experiencing and trying to analyze the massive amount of data to create information on which to base decisions.• Maintain assets to ensure that the Airport Master plan remains on target.H: EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience & Essential Knowledge• Fifteen (15) years in related roles with progressively increasing responsibility in similar sized airport• 10 years in a managerial position• Current multi-disciplinary operational knowledge of aviation facilities• Knowledge of systems analysis• Knowledge of Centralized Maintenance SystemsMinimum Entry Qualifications• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management or relevant experiencePreferable (non essential)• Coursework in Time Management, Finance and Accounting, HR and CommunicationsI: BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES• Understands the role in the team and strives to ensure
