Consult with clients on how to sell or rent their home quickly and for a good value
Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home
Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales, projects, and rentals
Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis
Develop business networks and collaborate with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks
Develop expert knowledge regarding real estate best practices, market standards, mortgage financing, neighbourhoods, schools, and all renting, buying and selling considerations
Advertise your realtor services to the local & international community, develop business leads and prospect for clients through social marketing, cold calling, email outreach, or developing word-of-mouth leads through your network.
Maintain and update listings of your available properties with complete documentation and marketing materials.
Obtain and maintain exclusive listings of your own with minimum 2 new properties as weekly target
Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale or rent
Maintain & update your task, daily workflow and schedules, projects, and targets using the company's management platform.
Meet the assigned monthly sales target.
