We are facilities management company offer maintenance services and expanding the business segment to - villas, Home maintenance, Female Spas, Gyms, schools and universities, ladies clubs, clinics, and other institutions. We are looking for dynamic and result oriented Female Sales executive to join our business development team. The company is specialized in HVAC and Engineering services related to maintenance. The candidates with experience in engineering services, facilities management companies and having capabilities of job estimation will be an added advantage. The candidate with a network of clients and contact will be given preference

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Generating leads by the means of network, client visits, cold calls, attending exhibitions and seeking references from existing clients
2. Develop strategic plans, sales strategies, develop maintenance packages to the client and undertake presentations to prospective customers.
3.Attending incoming inquiries, meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals
4.Research and Understanding the sector-specific needs of client and work with the expert teams to tailor solution and propose home & maintenance solutions
5.Influencing and networking with current and prospective Clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address.
6.Attending and participating in networking events, exhibitions and be updated with construction / FM industrial events
7.Achieving weekly, monthly and quietly sales targets and new client.
8.Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the customers’ needs
9. Prepare business proposals /Quotations in collaboration with FM team
10.Coordinate the technical team in all aspects of customer service and coordination with the clients
11.Be responsible for collection and achieve the collection target monthly & quarterly
12.Organising and oversee advertising/ communication campaigns through social media, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn with the FM team.
13. Organize diverse marketing distribution including Broachers, Website Material, flyers etc

ملخص المرشح المطلوب

Experience, Qualification, and Skills required:
1. 2-4 Years Proven work experience as Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi Market
and preferably in the FM industry into sales and related filed
2. Languages- Arabic and English will be a must
3. Degree/Diploma in Sales and preferable knowledge in technical /
Engineering subjects
4. MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
5. Should be a self-motivated, driven, methodical and enthusiastic individual
6. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key
stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
7. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
8. Excellent organization and work management skills
