MUST HAVE Skills: Network L1 skills (switch/router troubleshooting), Remedy, SEDCO system,

Candidate should have Valid Driving license in Saudi Arabia and open for travel.

• Troubleshooting & fixing desktop /laptop OS, e-mail client (MS Outlook/Lotus notes, printer / scanner, print queue related L3 level issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve ATM network related issues pertaining to switch/router connectivity.
• Troubleshooting VDI/Thin Clients
• Have good knowledge on l1 Switch configurations.
• Should have working knowledge of BMC remedy tool
• Good knowledge on trouble shooting Hub Room/Data Room trouble shooting
• Ability to quickly analyze & diagnose technical problems
• Independently generates solutions based on analytical, technical skills and business knowledge Mentor and train other team members
• Problem determination and resolution within SLA's
• Should be able to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents Handle technical escalations
• Should have good knowledge on End point patching and testing.
• Vendor Coordination and support
• Proactive and clear communication skills
• Ability to acquire; new skills & keep them updated
• Quality and Process Knowledge
• Knowledge Management: Create SOP’s for known solutions and script whichever possible
• Provide support and assistance to customer IT team for audits being conducted in customer premises
• Should be good in client communication skills
• Should be open to work in any location across KSA in support.
• Good knowledge on IMAC processes
• Good knowledge on local area network issues (LAN), DHCP client etc.) and Hub Rooms support.
• Good knowledge on antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates
• Good to have Arabic speaking skills.
