Job Purpose:

We are Al Manar Arabian crop located in Dammam- Saudi Arabia, looking for a Finance Manager to Head the complete profit center operations and design effective plans & strategies with a view to achieve business objectives and growth in revenues and profitability. Manage finance functions viz. determine financial objectives, design & implement systems, policies, conduct cost analysis and report variances to facilitate internal financial control, monitor activities like establishment, bank, insurance, disbursement of payroll and cash management. Advice and adhere support to other department managers on Finance and Accounting issues

Knowledge, skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following areas: Financial, Management accounting, Auditing, Costing, Economics, Statistics, MBA is desirable, 10-15 years of experience in Finance. Good knowledge of software packages and specialized statistical analysis of financial data, and the development of forecasts such as CRM.

Financial Planning and Funds Management.
providing and interpreting financial information
monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
analyzing change and advising accordingly
formulating strategic and long-term business plans
analyzing competitors and market trends
developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue
producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
managing budgets
supervising staff
keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
preparing revenue forecast and cash flow statements for availing various credit facilities from Banks- Fund based and Non fund based.
Developing and maintaining cordial relations with all providers of funds.

Job Context:

Work almost independently on the assigned area. Analysis various trends, market requirements.
Finance Manager /prepare following reports:
Financial Plan
Monthly Management Report (MMR)


Communications & Working Relationship

Meets with MACO management very frequently to provide advice on market trends and the performance of the company. Piloted monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports with analysis for Executive Management and Board of Directors. Prepared and interpreted the actual monthly financial statements and reviewed the balance sheet reconciliations.



Problem Solving:

Involves with a wide range of complex issues such as relation with clients, market and banks and provide innovative solutions.



Decision Making, Authority and Responsibility:

Works almost independently and in an unstructured environment in the preparation of report, trends analysis and market analysis. Free to select tools, techniques and approaches. All final decision needs to be consult with the senior management
