Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Description :

A reputable and well established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for a Financial Planning & analysis Lead to be based in United Arab Emirates

Key aspects of the role include:

- Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's financial and strategic plans

- Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance

- Responsible for delivering delivery of competitor analysis and market trends

- Utilising BI tools to delivery financial insights into business performance

- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions

- Responsible for identifying cost optimization initiatives

- Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability

Required Qualifications :
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidates based in the UAE only will be considered
- Education: ACA/ CFA/CIMA / MBA (Fin)
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Leading / Handling FP&A
- Experience in Retail, FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industries
- Experience in handling detailed analysis of high volume and complex business
- Experience in Budgeting / Forecasting systems like Cognos / Hyperion etc.
- High levels of Excel and Power BI skills
- Must have excellent analytical and communication skills including written and verbal

- Excellent planning and prioritization skills
