Responsible for
the safe and effective instruction of group exercise classes with varying
fitness level. Maintenance of all
equipment, facility assessment and hygienic upkeep of the fitness room
facility. Able to instruct various
fitness classes e.g. Yoga, spinning, aerobics, circuit training. Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise
equipment and monitor misuse of equipment.
Ensure the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards. Provide exercise routine and group classes
whenever necessary.
High
School Diploma / College Degree in health and fitness or recreation related
field and 2 years of experience in the fitness / exercise industry. Must
hold advance first aid and CPR certification.
Valid fitness instructor personal trainer qualification
internationally recognized or to the standard of fitness training
purposes. Should be fluent in English and proficiency in Arabic
language is desirable.
