Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage fleet activities, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Conduct regular audits on fleet operational costs and implement strategies for cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in fleet operations.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and service providers for fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet management.
- Analyze fleet performance metrics and prepare reports for management to assist in decision-making.
- Oversee the scheduling and routing of deliveries to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Provide training and support to drivers to promote safety and efficiency on the road.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply chain.
- 3+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of fleet management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
