• Responsible for all Fleet Sales activities to be executed properly according to the Company s policies.
• Interviews and selects capable salesmen.
• Maintains an adequate sales force.
• Trains salesmen in the sale of cars, السياسات, procedures of the Company, following appropriate sales methods and techniques.
• Plans and holds regularly scheduled sales meetings.
