Your mission as a French-speaking Customer Advisor

As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in:

Answering incoming customer calls to assist them in using products and services.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems by guiding clients step by step.
Ensure effective follow-up of customer requests to guarantee their satisfaction.

Contacting customers to offer them deals tailored to their needs.
Argue and convince by highlighting the advantages of the products and services.
To ensure customer retention by offering solutions tailored to their expectations.

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience by applying internal procedures.
Working collaboratively with other departments for efficient handling of requests.
To respect the quality and performance objectives defined by the company.
